Hello, my name is Stacey Titus…

…and I am the Licensed Clinical Social Worker behind Clearwater Counseling Services. Welcome! What a wonderful step you are taking for yourself. I am so honored to considered. Let me tell you a little about my background.

I attended Boise State University where I earned my undergraduate degree in Fine Arts (2010), and a Master of Social Work (2016). I have been volunteering and working within the mental health field since 2007, and bring to my practice a wide range of experience.

In 2007, I started volunteering at Touchstone: The Center for Grieving Children and Adolescents, a local bereavement group that has been in the valley since 1989. In 2013 I was promoted to Co-Administrator, and ran the program along side my friend until 2021. In 2011, I began work as an adult Developmental Therapist with The Arc, Inc. That same year I began work at Warm Springs Counseling Center as a Community-Based Rehabilitation Specialist. In 2013, I was promoted to Co-lead of the CBRS program. After graduation in 2016, I completed a year long fellowship through The Utah Regional LEND, or URLEND (Utah Regional Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities). In 2017/18 I completed a secondary year of URLEND, as an AE (Autism Spectrum Disorder Enhancement) trainee. I also hold a certificate in Children’s Rehabilitation Therapy from the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association.

Like most kids in the 90s, I was diagnosed with ADHD in highschool. But, this one they got right! As a person with ADHD, I ended up finding my niche working with my fellow divergent folks (and I LOVE it!). But, any and all are welcomed in my office. This is an affirming, and accepting space, and I take that very seriously.

On a personal note, I live in Boise with my husband, daughter, and a very hairy dog named Larry. When away from work, I love spending time with family and friends, riding motorcycles, being outdoors, and really just enjoying this thing called life!

Feel free to visit my Psychology Today profile for more info on my practice.
